Customer Service: Refund Policy


All returned goods are at your risk in transit and losses often are not covered unless you make special arrangements with your carrier. 99Pos Software recommends that you consider registering and insuring your goods before consignment, for return to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not received by 99POS.


If, within 7 days of delivery, any item purchased from POSMarket is found to have manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, 99POS will exchange or repair it.

Please ensure the following:

  • Item variants allow for endless combinations of size and color
  • Customer tools can be used to create house accounts, track individual sales, and organize promotions
  • Keep the line moving by bringing the register to your customers

Please Note: If upon examination, the item is found not to be defective 99POS will return the item with delivery being at your cost.

Address for Returns:

As we source our products from a number of different Australian wholesalers please contact us prior to returning any defective goods. After any applicable troubleshooting by phone you will be issued with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. At that time you will be advised of the address for returns.

Change of Mind:

You are welcome to exchange your product or get a credit or refund in the event that you change your mind as long as the goods are returned in saleable condition with all original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery. You will receive a full refund less a 25% restocking fee. As this is a fee that is charged to us by the wholesaler(s) we are unable to waive this fee.
